Privacy Policy

ListingLaunch is still in development. This policy covers our marketing and waitlist site. It explains what we collect when you join the founding waitlist or use our free tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us. Specifically:
- If you join the waitlist: your email address (required) and, optionally, your name. We also store a short “source” tag that notes which form you used (for example, the home page or the QR tool), so we know where a signup came from.
- If you use the free QR code generator: nothing. The generator runs entirely in your browser and does not send your listing details or QR codes to us. If you choose its optional “email me a copy” step, that collects the same waitlist information above (your email, and optionally your name).
- Payment information: none. There is nothing to pay for on this site, so we do not collect or store any card or billing details.
How we store and use it
Waitlist signups are kept in our own database. We use them for one thing: to contact you about the ListingLaunch founding waitlist and launch. Access is limited to our admins. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use PostHog for anonymous product analytics, such as page views and button clicks, so we can understand how the site is used and make it better. We do not send your email address or personal identity to our analytics. It is about how pages are used, not who you are.
Cookies
Our analytics provider, PostHog, may set cookies in your browser to measure usage. These are for analytics only. We do not use advertising cookies.
Keeping your data, and your rights
We keep waitlist signups until launch or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete your data, or unsubscribe, at any time. Just email us at hello@listinglaunchapp.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
As ListingLaunch grows toward launch, our data practices will grow with it, and we will update this policy to match. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
