ListingLaunch is still in development. These terms cover our pre-launch marketing site: the founding waitlist and the free tools you can use today. By joining the waitlist or using a free tool, you agree to what is below. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.
The waitlist is not a purchase
Joining the founding waitlist is free. It is not a purchase and it does not create any obligation, for you or for us. We do not collect any payment when you join, and adding yourself to the list does not commit you to buying anything.
The founding offer can change
Anything we describe about the founding offer, including pricing, the “founding 50”, and any first-listings-free perk, is subject to change while we build. It is not a binding contract.
- Nothing becomes a binding agreement until ListingLaunch launches and you choose to activate an account at that time.
- If ListingLaunch does not launch, you owe nothing. There is no charge and no commitment for being on the list.
Free tools are provided as-is
Our free tools, such as the QR code generator, are provided “as-is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them working, but we cannot guarantee they will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. You use them at your own discretion.
Availability
This is a pre-launch site, so we cannot guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. We may change, pause, or remove parts of the site or the tools at any time as we build toward launch.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as ListingLaunch develops. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ListingLaunch operates. [Governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed before launch.]
